Belmont police said two women were arguing before 8 a.m. outside Penguin Fuels on Route 106 when one woman's son tackled the other woman.
Adding to the confusion, people inside Dunkin' Donuts saw what happened and came out to break up the fight.
"The officers were able to determine at least four persons were physical in the parking lot. Some people got punched. Some people got pushed against walls. Another person was knocked to the ground. The investigation led to the arrest of four people by arrest warrant for disorderly conduct and simple assault charges," Belmont Police Capt. Rich Mann said.
