Facebook Part 2

I got a long drive today before the snowstorm so this is my final response, thank you for your very good observations

When I had Governor Patrick remove McGlynn's Uncle Gene McGillicuddy from the Medford Housing Authority Breanna then became a tiger interrogating McGlynn's choices for a few weeks. But that subsided. Here's what is bothersome: Every city councilor allegedly knew what I found out at the housing authority board meeting. NONE of them called out the mayor for having a conflict of interest (having his board members and getting his uncle as Deval Patrick's pick, maybe through McGlynn's friendship with then Lt. Governor Tim Murray.) NO ONE spoke up until a citizen, me, put his neck on the line. Then Breanna Lungo-Koehn, with much glee, put it to the mayor's appointees. It didn't last long, it was amazing to see, yet these elected officials leave it up to we the people to take on the McGlynn machine. Hey, I'm not getting paid 30K a year, Breanna, to do all the heavy lifting. If she wants to be mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn has to put on the army boots, not tip toe through the tulips. And Michael Marks is the master of the tip toe through the tulips. No one wins anything if our elected officials don't do the job we put them in there to do: to fight for the people they are being paid to serve. Michael Marks just doesn't get it. Breanna Lungo-Koehn knows it. She must practice the art of politics the right way: to benefit the citizens of Medford
