Don't Argue With Crazy Trump Supporters...my mantra on Facebook

Why argue with crazies: You can spot them easily:

1)They cannot spell simple words,

2)they call themselves "independents" or "libertarians" as they are too ashamed to say that they are Republicans,

3)they yell and refuse to let you answer them

4)they use rhetoric and insane talking points - as when Trump and Pence take from Adolph Hitler's playbook and just make it up "Qasem Soleimani was behind Benghazi and 9/11."

If people are going to be that stupid I unfriend them from my Facebook page. I do not have the time.   There are few "friend" spaces left on my FB page closing in on 5,000 so who cares...at my age with so many friends from long ago (the ones still alive) do I need crazy Trump fans infiltrating my page of mostly progressives?

Robin, true independents I admire. I have voted for many a Republican in local politics. That is aimed at those who argue with us. I am a progressive - proud to vote Democrat - am unenrolled (but not by definition: not holding membership in a group or organization.) Unenrolled so that I can vote as I choose. Clearly I'm a hardcore progressive. What I find unique in local politics is that Republican views, locally, mirror progressives, while local Democrats (Rep Paul Donato, former Mayor McGlynn) reflect Republicans even though they masquerade as being "green" and "anti-bullying" they bully with the best of the national Republicans and act like mini-Donald Trumps. It's frightening, actually.
