1)Don't know where Yahoogroups will be going, diminished popularity due to other social media platforms and Verizon's purchase of Yahoo puts them up in the air;
2)Mr Krause wrote an inexplicable support of Muccini-Burke in the Transcript on election week. It rambled on with no substance but was a clear and derisive attack on Mayor Lungo-Koehn.
Interesting to see how Mr. Krause approaches the new administration after such ridicule and contempt.

The City of Medford Community Development Board
shall conduct a public hearing on January 29, 2020 at
6:30 p.m. in Room 201, Medford City Hall relative to a petition to amend Chapter 94, Zoning, Article IV, Section 94-141 by adding a new general provision that states two principal structures shall not be permitted on the same lot if the principal use of both structures is a residential use.
This provision would apply in all districts except MUZ [Mixed Use Zoning] districts.
A full copy of the text of the amendment is available at the Office of the City Clerk, Room 103, Medford City Hall.
