Arthur Alan Deluca of the Board of TV 3 - didn't he write publicly TV 3 got a "clean bill of health" from the Attorney General's Office?
This from an individual, Deluca, who lied to the police and cheated the residents of Medford.
We have finally received 5 pages with a lot more coming.
Do stay tuned.
Bringing Deluca and his gang to justice. Part 1.
We have just begun to fight for the public's right to access television.
We now have a dialogue with the AG's Office on Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
You have seen our success with L'Italien Report
Our goal: bringing the board of directors to justice
RESPONSE E MAIL
Thank you for getting back to me.
Give me some time to read Ms. xxxxxxx's correspondence.
Public Access Television is an endangered species, yet - like FOIA/ Public Records Requests - it is an essential component of the public's right to know.
The 38K that was not accounted for by MCC TV3 in the pages of the Medford Transcript, is a starting point. The fact that the office of the Attorney General is overseeing this "dissolution" is where I seek the answers.
Former city solicitor Rumley was supposed to handle this and then abandoned his investigation of the board that he was part of.
This is very frustrating for access television producers and for the public paying so much money for a medium
they were denied.
I trust that the new mayor will protect the public's right to this "transparency forum."
I will have my questions to you within the next couple of days.
Thank you very much for responding
Respectfully,
Joe Viglione
