Attorney to Review City of Medford's Failure to Respond

Letter dated November 14, 2013

Appeal is now in motion regarding a response from the City of Medford.

Attorney is assigned to review the matter.

Maybe we'll forward a little of the evidence Arthur Deluca posted on PATCH

Former TV3 Board member A.A. Deluca had this to say on PATCH:
_________________________
For you see, as a part of MCC/TV3's dissolution, all their assets not otherwise assigned by the court to go elsewhere (we may have outstanding bills to be paid) are by virtue of their contract with the City to go BACK to the City. The City is going to get everything anyhow. No need to tally up scores, conduct inquisitions etc to determine what the City is due and how much can be recovered, THE CITY IS GOING TO GET IT ALL!!!

What Mr. Deluca missed here, intentionally, is that Judge Marie O. Jackson-Thompson utilized the word "malfeasance."  Since a judge used the word "malfeasance" prior to Mark Rumley "editing" her work (Mr. Rumley told me the judge was faxing him and he was faxing her) the citizens can't trust City Hall to be upfront with us, especially given Arthur Deluca's bad history of wrongful conduct and his partners-in-crime and their total fear of being honest and showing books, meeting minutes and how they allegedly raped, pillaged and plundered the public resources for their own personal tv shows or more.

The Councilors who understand this and investigate possible theft by Deluca and his accomplices, are to be commended.
