The next logical, legal steps in bringing TV3 to justice

Dear Residents,

I am working diligently with government oversight to force the City Solicitor to give the residents the financial data on Medford Community Cablevision, as well as the meeting minutes.

If there truly are no meeting minutes, we will discuss the options with lawyers because that would be clear evidence of wrongful conduct by the unethical board of directors of MCC.

For Derek Dyer to have partaken of the Kool Aid and used his reputation to tell the citizens to "try out" that hell hole, the former bastion of malevolence and malfeasance, where so many people were taken advantage of and brutalized, is truly discouraging.

Brutalized is what the word was in a court document describing the behavior of those involved in "Spotlight at City Hall" - Frank Pilleri, allegedly Dawn Natalia, the creepy attorney whose teeth fall out when he allegedly drinks before going to court, Harvey Alberg and Ronald Delucia.

They hurt people, and they hurt people hard.

Justice must be served.

Citizens want to know the financials of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.

McGlynn is using Mark Rumley like some kind of fortress to shield the residents from getting information that we have paid for.

Rumley has already besmirched his own reputation by protecting the Pilleri gang in the past. 

Ron Delucia went from "I'll be damned if you'll drag us out of TV3" to penitent and scared.

If Delucia had nothing to worry about he would never have gone up to the city council with that lame defense.  If Delucia didn't do anything wrong he would have ignored the investigation.

With Delucia, Harvey Alberg, Doria Alberg and Art Deluca all freaking out and writing bizarre defenses for their wrongful conduct, it just goes into the evidence pile against them.   The citizens filing the information with the Attorney General's office - while distinctly different documents on other TV3 matters are being sent to the District Attorney and other oversight not mentioned here.

If Delucia did nothing wrong, he would have had no reason to run up to the city council, would he?

But he did.  Delucia showed up at City Hall, no meeting minutes, no financial records and a shut down tv station that refused to facilitate programming while Delucia appointed and anointed himself "vice president."

Big shot Delucia, Vice President who wrecked access television.  At the very least he was in breach of contract.   Why does Ron Delucia never address the fact that he was unqualified and the color bars prove he didn't know what he was doing.
