Every Patch Writer Can Be Victimized by Anonymous Posts
On Patch I have allowed opposing points of view on my essays. Just not the invective one sees the same obnoxious and scary bunch engaging in. Ariana Huffington has noticed that, even though she made approximately 18 million dollars profit on the 350 million dollar sale of HP to AOL (the company that owns the Patch) - even though the "trolls" helped make her millions by driving the site up into the Alexa and other tabulators of internet success, she realized what a turn-off the vicious postings and rants from ANONYMOUS people are.
Ariana Huffington was going to install policies for Patch but walked out when she wasn't listened to, to the chagrin of AOL board members we hear.

Political speech is the most protected right. I write about Medford Political Speech and have been most effective. Very effective. This blog has done a great service to Medford. But when you are over the target you get a lot of flak. We have cleaned up TV3 Medford...the last remnants are now harassing the ex-landlord of TV3 on 32 Riverside Ave, posting my name INSIDE the windows of the storefront they had to leave. They also have a violent science fiction poster above my name saying "They are coming." It's a direct threat on me.
Police Chief Sacco and the editors of Patch received a report on the conduct. The legal system will protect me from the attackers. The information has been filed. And one of the attackers is in court on December 11, 2013 on a charge of a "False bomb threat." That person was one of the lead offenders until Patch noted his arrest on September 4, 2013. It is going to take the police investigating the last remnants of the TV3 crowd until we all get some peace this holiday season.
Anyone notice the fixation on one writer? Last night a police report had to be filed as an empty storefront has an act of violence posted in Medford Square with my name underneath. This is unacceptable in a civil society.
The individuals - and it is my belief there is more than just one - the individuals involved in that "false bomb threat" now working its way through the court system are using the name of this writer in a vicious, harassing and chilling way. Look at the comments from a "Marie Hayes" or a "Doria Alberg" or "Arthur Deluca" or "Harvey Alberg" (under the name "Harvey") or a Beth Hunt or a "Phil" - these trolling names are fixated on one man.
The police and the office of the district attorney are now in possession of the documents. There is a videotape of the harassing 9 posts on a store front that - and this is the frightening aspect of it - reflects clearly what the monsters are writing on Patch.
"Marie Hayes" and "Doria Alberg" and "Arthur Deluca" and "Harvey" are the main offenders. The police have been asked to prosecute them to the full extent of the law.
Lajrg - they have victimized people for over 20 years until a
group of us got together and stopped them. This is the last echo. One
of them is already facing trial for a threat. They are standing in the
way of Free Speech. Doria Alberg even had the audacity to tell the city
council she wants to AMEND FREE SPEECH so that she can speak and you
cannot. Her financials are in a mess and she and her husband offer
"financial advice" They should call it TITANIC FINANCIAL
