Camuso Violated Senior Citizen's RIGHTS on 1-7-14

Councilor Camuso attempted to shut down Dr. Storella's presentation. The council overturned Camuso.  Mr. Camuso was very disrespectful to Dr. Storella, interrupting him, telling him he only had a few minutes left.  Watch the re-run and time it yourself, you'll see the council president has an incorrect stop watch.  That's disrespect.  Even when the Council suspended the rules, Camuso kept bugging the doctor to "summarize" and was OUT OF ORDER in doing so because suspended rules means the council president needs to back off. There's no time component.  Now Camuso can argue that he's keeping "order" - but his actions are contrary to his words.
