Hello all,
I am passing along the agenda of the Historical Commission as there are many local citizens now interested in the demolition/alterati on of historic properties. Please note for 107 Jerome Street we will be receiving an application to demolish the structure. This is the home of Mosses Mann, whom founded the Medford Historical Society and built the headquarters at 10 Governor' s Avenue in 1916. Also on the slate is 65 Summer Street. Developer Scott Kentworthy intends on demolishing the building for the same duplex as 114 South Street and the Walnut Street property that Sharon is working hard to save the adjacent tree. There are also a number of ongoing preservation discussions.
If there are questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me via email.
Thanks!
Ryan D. Hayward
