Bob Penta Would Be Mayor today had he Listened to me and not the Violent Mr. Edward Finn

*Please note: last night I told a relative in the last two minutes of the first half of the Superbowl that the Patriots would win.  People need to listen to me!   The Patriots won.

My friend Bob Penta did NOT listen to me and other key people who were pivotal in his campaign.  Bob Penta would be MAYOR today had he listened to me.

I am not the only one.  One of Bob's supporters told him that Muccini-Burke was irrelevant and that he was battling Mike McGlynn, and that is where the focus should be.  Bob Penta did not listen to that wise counsel either!  Turned out to be true.

Meanwhile, Muccini-Burke's sick husband allegedly said "Payback starts tomorrow" on November 3, 2015 and I was dragged into court early in 2016.  Gee, ya think a clerk of courts might have participated in malicious prosecution?

Brian S. Burke allegedly told another resident he was going after that he has a "Hit list." Guess I was #2 on that list and quickly drifted to #1.

Wonder if Mr. Burke participated in the alleged hush up of a sex crime at the high school?  You know, a little story about a varsity coach, former star athlete from another town who became a teacher at  Medford High and allegedly had sex with a powerful politician's daughter.

Interesting that fourteen days after Ed Finn's little incident against me on June 16, 2015 a certain teacher was no longer employed at Medford High School on June 30, 2015.  

Ya think there might be a little connection to both events?   I do.  There's even more to the story we will bring to a court of law, not to this news site.

A little more that we have to keep close to the vest.

On December 3, 2015 I put a PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST in to Chief Sacco and Superintendent Belson investigating the Varsity Coach incident that - allegedly - Nell Escobar Coakley refused to publish in the Medford Transcript.  That's right, people, I'm not the only one who knows about it.  Reportedly, the kids in the school cafeteria were all BUZZING about it...lots and lots of people know about it, not just me.  I just put it out there for the public to investigate.

Shame on the office of the District Attorney if it conspired with the former Director of Personnel, Stephanie Muccini-Burke, to cover up an alleged sex crime and put the public at risk!

Shame on them all.

With all that homophobia stuff ugly Stephanie was throwing at Bob Penta, he should have lobbed the varsity coach at her during the two debates.

His hero Trump certainly would have!

Instead, Bob Penta snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. He had won the election fairly, it was STOLEN FROM HIM, and he did NOT fight hard enough to win it back, the way most of us would have! _____________________________________________________________

Bob Penta and I spent HOURS on an article for the newspaper that was squashed by a novice in his campaign.   Bob Penta would be MAYOR today had he listened to me. 

The Patriots WON.  I believed.

When Bob Penta told me that he had the support of Richard Caraviello and a few others I told him "Bob, they are supporting Muccini-Burke."  Mr. Penta, my friend, did not believe me.  I then noted to Bob that Caraviello gave Muccini-Burke more money than he gave Penta, and Mr. Penta still believed in Caraviello.  Caraviello then put a huge sign in West Medford atop a Muccini-Burke sign in a parking lot behind the liquor store.  All the while Caraviello kept telling Bob Penta that he was behind him.  I got yelled at for saying that Caraviello was supporting Stephanie Muccini-Burke and the candidate I supported asked me to take the photo of Caraviello's large sign and Burke's sign off of the web.  After the election, on November 3, 2015 Caraviello twice yelled at me "THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT," harassing me at Bob's event at the VFW.  Twice.  

(Bob Penta, by the way, was FURIOUS with Caraviello and Bob Maiocco after the election; yet Mr. Penta kept his blinders on, believing in those backstabbers and not the man who proved to be his real friend; the guy who put over a thousand hours into his campaign. Me.)

Winners stand by their friends.

Losers vanish into the night afraid of the boogey man, Edward P. Finn, who ran around Medford yelling "Penta is going to lose the election because of Joe Vig."

No, Mr. Finn, one man can help a person WIN an election, but only a candidate lacking real faith can let an election be stolen and not fight back.

What Finn did to me on June 16, 2015 was the start of the conspiracy to stop Bob Penta from becoming Mayor.   Remember that.  A week or so later Finn told Bob Cappucci that Penta would "lose" because of Joe Vig.

HOW THE HELL DOES A CITY CLERK, WHO TOUCHES THE BALLOTS, KNOW THAT ONE OF THE CANDIDATES WILL LOSE?

THAT'S EASY, WHEN THE CITY CLERK IS ALLEGEDLY INVOLVED IN THE THEFT OF AN ELECTION.


On December 8th 2015 the police and Caraviello initiated phony charges on me.  On January 18th 2017 Caraviello showed up at an event I had in Medford Square to harass me.  On January 31, 2017, Caraviello was defeated in a court of law by a journalist who knew what an on-the-fence, dishonest, untrustworthy liar Richard F. Caraviello was and still is.  Do you really want a dishonest politician like Caraviello as your City Council President?  

Only one person, my friend Martha, showed up to support me in court.  I will remember that. 

 When you put as much time and effort into someone's campaign as I did, I expect a little bit of support in return.  But the politicians in Medford have some sick game they play ignoring the bad behavior of Paul Camuso or Bob Maiocco.  They have what I call "feigned decorum."  

I have the Tom Brady stick-to-it-iveness and focus.  

Thanks to my efforts Gene McGillicuddy and Bob Covelle and TV3's cronies have all been erased from the map, my efforts have improved Medford, and that's why they go after me and are terrified of me.  

It is so sad when people show they have no spine, no support and leave someone to twist in the wind when the bullies gang up on a fellow.  Mr. Caraviello is a dangerous man. It is time to impeach such a fraud and a liar.  

"Thank you for your support" indeed.  

I knew exactly what Caraviello was.    A cheat. 

I knew that Richard Caraviello lied to Bob Penta.  
Caraviello has a very bad reputation, it just hasn't been made public yet.  

I trust that the truth about Caraviello will slowly drip out by other news media and by residents in the know,  and that the residents of Medford will be horrified by that First Amendment fraud.   

Caraviello dragged a reporter into court desperate to put a lid on the First Amendment.  Caraviello used a fraudulent criminal charge as a quasi-restraining order, using the court system, the police and the office of the district attorney in a way those offices are NOT intended to be used. Caraviello lied.


Had Bob Penta only listened to me, he would be Mayor today.  But that's what separates winners from the likes of losers like Caraviello and Muccini-Burke.  Have some courage, Medford, stand up and denounce Caraviello for attempting to interfere with the 1st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Stand up and demand that Richard F. "Roger Goodell Deflategate" Caraviello resign.
