Dear Councilor Marks:

When Mr. Rumley insulted you again by badgering you, a member of the council that, ostensibly, Rumley took an oath to represent as legal council, did Mr. Rumley violate privilege by badgering his own client, Michael Marks?  I provide for you Exhibit A,  "To provide effective and efficient legal advice and representation to all municipal elected and appointed officials "

I am not a lawyer; I don't know if this is possible, but I suggest you hire another lawyer to find out your legal options. You now have an obligation, I believe - and this is just my opinion, to report Mr. Rumley to the Board of Bar Overseers for insubordination, dereliction of duty, and embarrassing a client on the highly popular People's Forum on the Government Channel on Comcast and Verizon

I've enclosed a link below for your convenience if your attorney that has your best interests at heart agrees with this theory.

Mr. RUmley's use of flowery words resembles drunk old actor Frank Morgan, the Wizard of Oz  You clinking, clanking, clattering collection of caliginous junk! 

Frankly, we citizens of Medford are tired of some overpaid imbecile acting like a walking thesaurus without any substance,
any compassion, any legitimate claim to being the individual he thinks he is.  It's like the Nathaniel Hawthorne character " 'No man, for any considerable period, can wear one face to himself and another to the multitude, without finally getting bewildered...

When Mr. Rumley says in the video about you feigning confusion "that's an apt description," he ignored that you were being facetious and he revealed himself to be the joke that he is.

I'm confused too by Mr. Rumley's antics at the 2/21/17 City Council Meeting.
With the paycheck of $121,878.64 - up from 112,183.000 - Mr. Rumley should not be engaging in histrionics and stupidity.  We already have a city clerk who was factually found to be involved in a 'yelling" incident on June 16, 2015, as noted by City Council President Rick Caraviello in court on 1/31/17 when Caraviello lost a case designed to silence a reporter.  He damned City Clerk Ed Finn noting that the man who performs weddings was involved in a "yelling" fracas.  Since I was the victim, I can assure you, I was completely silent and it was FINN who did ALL the yelling.  Not the first time Finn has censored me...he changes my petitions to say what he wants them to say and told his staff NOT to accept this citizen's petitions until he got back from vacation.

I am the City Solicitor...I am Oz, the Great and Powerful   Mark Rumley is a petty little man, a bully, and nothing more.

Put some sanctions on him or report him to the authorities

For Mark E. Rumley's $121,878.64 this year, doesn't it make you wonder how much $$$$ solicitors in other cities and towns might be earning? And how they behave when taking so much money from the public they are supposed to serve. We deserve a LOT more respect from a PUBLIC SERVANT.
