Add to that sick, vile behavior by the current council president, Richard F. Caraviello, who lost a criminal case in court on January 31, 2017 using the court system in a manner in which it was not intended to be used, is cause for immediate dismissal.
Caraviello attempted to silence a citizen who uncovers numerous instances of Caraviello's bad behavior, a clear violation of civil rights and a violation of the oath to uphold the Constitution.

The TUMF $60 Million Judgement is an Immediate Debt that Must be Paid from the General Ledger.
On August 11, 2016, Mike Busch from Urban Futures, presented the City’s ‘Workout Plan to Sustainability’.
The ‘Plan’ did not include the TUMF Judgement owed to the Western

The Potrero Interchange is an estimated $77.4 Million Regional and
State Project, but because the County and State will not fund the
Project the City decided to “go it alone” and pay for the Interchange
itself.

In a 3 to 2 vote Councilmen White and Lara attempted to explain why
the Project was fraudulent. Orozco, Knight, and Condon attempted to cut
off conversation to shut up their fellow Councilmen.
The parade of developers, lawyers, and consultants went on for an
hour. The Beaumont Taxpayers forked out thousands for Mike Busch from
Urban Futures to ‘sell it’ to Council.

On November 4, 1996 the City of Beaumont filed a ‘Design Cooperative
Agreement with Caltrans for the Potrero Boulevard Interchange.
The nine page Agreement states that the City must use Engineers and
Consultants approved by the State and must follow State Law requiring
open, honest competitive bids.
Item 15 of the Agreement states: “This Agreement shall terminate upon
completion and acceptance of this construction contract for PROJECT or
on November 29, 2000, whichever is earlier in time.

“Bridge to Nowhere” may finally lead somewhere after a divided City
Council voted to move forward with the long-delayed Potrero interchange
project.
The council voted 3-2 Tuesday, Aug. 16, with Mark Orozco, Brenda
Knight and Della Condon in favor and Mike Lara and Lloyd White opposed.
Plans are to build an interchange at Potrero Boulevard and Western
Knolls Avenue and a six-lane bridge over the 60 Freeway. Construction is
expected to open up development possibilities for more than 2,000 acres
of mostly empty land.

Councilwoman Brenda Knight will not seek a second term and four
candidates have qualified so far for the November election.
New candiates could emerge as the deadline to run has been extended until Wednesday, Aug. 17.
Brenda Knight, the mayor on the Beaumont City Council lied in a police report to try to censor a resident.
Medford's Rick Caraviello lied on a police report and allegedly lied under oath, dragged a citizen into criminal court where the citizen prevailed over the fraudulent Caraviello.

are more rumors swirling around the proprietor of RC Limos, who told a
resident he was skipping out of the council to drive a limousine when a
critical vote on Pay to Park was being taken.
Under oath on January 31, 2017, Caraviello, being questioned about moonlighting, denied that he engaged in stepping out on the council to drive a limo, though he told a citizen that is exactly what he intended to do.
The
police report Caraviello filed is dishonest, yet Caraviello has friends
in high places and the alleged criminal activity was never
investigated. Instead, they retaliated on the courageous citizen who
came forward to report the illegal activities of these so-called
"elected" officials. The 2015 election considered suspicious at best.
How can Still Harbor have such a fraud as Dello Russo on its board of directors, the immature and allegedly psychologically
damaged Frederick N. Dello Russo slamming doors at the city council
when a former council colleague speaks, and when a fellow homosexual
goes up to the podium to speak.
The thought that Dello Russo has a romantic crush on the citizen speaking at the council is a distinct possibility. The behavior of both Adam Knight and Frederick N. Dello Russo to the older fellow who is only fighting on behalf of the citizens
look like two school boys with a romantic crush on the older teacher.
They get giddy and run out on the council to seek attention from the
older man.
That
Dello Russo and Knight voted for their own pay raises and think nothing
of walking out on all the citizens paying their bloated salaries is
offensive and must be dealt with.
Yet
Council Vice President Michael Marks would rather hide his head in the
sand than file for sanctions on his colleagues. Marks will engage in a
hissing contest with the City Solicitor, another individual - Mark Rumley - with disturbing behavior, Michael Marks Gives Mark Rumley a Taste of his own Medicine 2-14-17 but Marks never takes it to the next level
to use his authority to shine a spotlight on activities by Caraviello,
Solicitor Rumley, Adam Knight, Fred Dello Russo Jr. - activities that
are detrimental to the city of Medford.
