Rumley the right questions, and Rumley answers like a sophomoric, entitled brat.  The self-centered city lawyer is all about his own money grab, not about the welfare of the city of Medford.  Rumley's histrionics are an embarrassment to our city.  His flowery speech is all hot air and zero substance.  Solicitor Mark E.
