Interesting, 17 months between DiPaola and Dillon, 19 months between Dillon and O'Brien.
ALL OF THEM WORKED UP AT BILLERICA PRISON where the Candy Man of Medford fills the candy machines (*reportedly, the alleged criminal record of a sheriff's employee keeps him away from the prison and filling candy machines at the commissary - allegedly,) and Deacon Bill Emerson is told to STAY AWAY FROM PRISONS when there's an allegation that he may have allegedly smuggled a GUN in to a prisoner, and that the porn he was looking at was not the "adult porn" that they told the judge it was. Allegedly.

Emerson admitted he smuggled contraband into the House of Correction in Billerica and the Cambridge Jail, but denied knowing the envelopes he secretly passed to pretrial detainee Sean O'Connor contained drugs.
Emerson, who had been at the Billerica jail facility as a chaplain since 2001, was removed from his post there on March 3, 2011.
Days later, Emerson, who is known to parishioners at St. William Church as "Deacon Bill," was suspended from performing his duties by the Archdiocese of Boston.

LOWELL -- William "Bill" Emerson, a popular Tewksbury church deacon, has admitted to allegations that he smuggled drugs into the Cambridge and Billerica jails after being blackmailed by an inmate who threatened to expose that he had gay pornography on his home computer.
In Lowell District Court recently, Emerson, 67, of 222 Stackpole St., Lowell, admitted to sufficient facts to three charges of delivering drugs (Suboxone) to a prisoner.

Last night, 2-14-17, Rumley was told by Councilor Marks that he couldn't "object" like he's in a court of law. Mark Rumley even OBJECTED to that. See a pattern here?
But when I objected to Rumley's dirty mouth in Somerville District Court the judge agreed with me and not with Rumley, and he removed Rumley from the stand for being IRRELEVANT.
Rumley, found in a court of law, to be IRRELEVANT.
Hey, that's a judge affirming what we've all been thinking and saying.
