Last October, the board voted to dissolve the station following seven months of no broadcasting, allegations of racism and other problems.
Although TV3 has been off-air for almost 16 months, the dissolution process requires the nonprofit file paperwork with the state Attorney General's Office and transfer remaining assets to the city of Medford.
