Public Records Request, a portion of
I have not received a satisfactory response to my Public Records Request of August 6, 2014. The August 15, 2014 response from Ms. Tarrow is lacking.
1)Ms. Tarrow writes as a reason to deny my request ..."...the disclosure of which would compromise effective law enforcement."
2)Ms. Tarrow states that I may appeal to the Supervisor of Records, however the procedure in 950 CMR 32.08 was not enclosed as promised in that August 15 correspondence.
