Blame Sacco and Ryan for Fatality In Haines Square, I am Serious as a Judge

They say "judge not, lest ye be judged" but this case of rampage with an alleged learner's permit begs the questions:

--- whose vehicle was used?

Does he live with his parents?

What type of drug was he on?

And place the other blame where it belongs: Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr. lying to the public about what a "safe" city this is (October 17, 2017 City Council meeting, a lie of a statement which this writer REFUTED, which angered the Chief of Police, and Marian Ryan District Attorney so busy working with Rick Caraviello to defame an innocent man that she lets Jeffrey Yao, a known psycho, slice and dice a sweet young woman, will show up at a Stephanie Burke affair to show her support, BUT there is no time spent between the D.A. and the Police Chief Sacco to do what Fred Dello Russo Jr. and this writer have demanded: safety on Salem Street and Route 60.

This was a ticking time bomb, people, as cars have been slamming into other cars on Salem St for eons, the Route 93 exit ramp to speed to Malden and Revere, and the chief does NOTHING about it. Shameful, disgusting, and now just plain HORRIFIC and terrible.

Just terrible.

There is no public safety in Medford
