A Sun Staff Report
MIDDLESEX SHERIFF James DiPaola says he's dead serious about succeeding Rep. Marty Meehan in Congress. Meehan is one of three finalists to be the next UMass Lowell chancellor.
"No one will out work us," said DiPaola of his political organization. He said he will bring a "working class" perspective to Congress.
