Dear Atty Scanlon/Keeper of the Records:

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:

1)The document(s) - if any - signed by each member of the Chevalier Commission regarding each individual's appointment - especially if there is an oath of office

2)The document from the mayor and/or city hall appointing each individual to the Civic Auditorium and Convention Center Commission (a.k.a. "the Chevalier Commission")

3)The documents providing the current list of members of the Chevalier Commission

Some of the current memberships appear to be out of date
