Mrs. Burke RIPS OFF the City of Medford...again!

Mrs. Burke's absolute theft of the public access television funds - chilling free speech and taking one hundred percent of the monies cable TV subscribers pay into the system is wrong.

Mrs. Burke's mother living in housing when Burke allegedly owns two homes, stashing her own mother into an apartment that belongs to the citizens she is required to serve.  With the combined salaries of court clerk Brian S. Burke and the mayor, Stephanie Muccini-Burke, the woman cannot afford to give her own mother a house?  It is preposterous, it is just plain wrong.

In early 2003, 15 years ago, I met with Mark E. Rumley about the harassment and stupidity at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., which had documented problems prior to my complaint.  Married man Von Rommel Fernandes, a staffer, telling a gay man that he has "hot Latin blood" and telling him what a great time they would have sexually; station manager Steve Marra with his abuse of the N word and saying he doesn't discriminate because "a fag is a fag; an "n word" (he used the six letter objectionable word) is an 'n word" - a spade is a spade.

I asked the late Wallace Kountze if I could speak freely at the 2002 40 Canal Street Christmas party, and Steve Marra's jaw dropped from across the room (they were in the studio watching all the way across from us at the back of the room where the food was, and Frank Pilleri KNEW what I was saying to Wallace, "The n word is the n word, a spade is a spade..."  Pilleri pushed me out of the station, and admitted to the unwanted touching years later in Cambridge District Court, under oath from the witness stand.   Mark Rumley, my witness under subpoena, helped his good friend, the TV3 attorney, by giving him legal advice when Judge Timothy Gailey threw that attorney, Mayor McGlynn's cousin-by-marriage, off of the case temporarily, until he was bailed out by my own witness, the duplicitous and - in my opinion - highly conflicted, self-serving, undistinguished and arrogant city solicitor of Medford.   Mark Rumley's actions are disgraceful, including an e mail to one of my lawyers telling him to get away from his client.   That little misconduct by Mr. Rumley may be brought to the attention of a judge in my suit against Richard F. Caraviello, the city council president who allegedly had a very suspicious character
working for RC Limos, the company Caraviello owns.

Mr. Finn and Mr. Caraviello will have a date in front of a Federal judge, and sooner than later.

Caraviello told me, during an important vote for the pay-to-park video at the council, that he had to skip out of the council meeting (where Caraviello voted for his own pay raise) to moonlight and pick up a client for RC Limos.  Under oath, in a court of law, 1-31-17, when asked directly if he had ever moonlighted on the city council Caraviello replied "no."  You draw your own conclusions; I know for a fact that Caraviello lied to the Medford Police Department in a police report, so you have a lying thug for council president, and a city clerk who committed a felony, a physical assault on a senior gay male, which is a fact since you can't have a "witness intimidation" trial if there was no crime, and there was a crime: the city clerk committed felonious assault on a minority man over 60.

This is Stephanie Burke's world, inherited from the puppet master, Michael J. McGlynn.   Mark Rumley promises to get answers about Thirty Eight Thousand Dollars unaccounted for at TV3, and intentionally drops the ball on it, as sure as Rumley failed to stop Frank Pilleri from stifling the city-wide election for access television in January of 2009, even though I personally told Rumley that Pilleri would never willingly step down from TV3, that an informant (who had been stiffed for the job of doing the TV3 website and was quite angry at Pilleri and crew for allegedly using him, allegedly pumping him for information so that the station's own webmaster, a former board member, could get the gig; allegedly) ...well, it's a cesspool, make no doubt about it, which continues with the disaster of a hire who was Benjamin Brown, who bolted on the city April, Friday the 13, 2018, two months ago today (Friday, June 8)

Sep 20, 2015 - Wallace Kountze, 83, of Medford, promoted diversity in hiring at the city, state, and federal levels, and helped promote the history of blacks in .

I have been a long-time member of many access stations where I have not had to file one complaint.  Not one.

But in Medford I have made a cottage industry of working to right this horrible situation, in Woburn and Stoneham things are terrific these days, yet in the 1990s I invested a LOT of time cleaning up the Woburn/Stoneham local origination.

The same experience in access television that this writer brings is also the same experience in conducting proper investigations of access wrongs.   Trust me, Yvette, Jay, Gabby are not the answer.  I told y'all that Ben Brown was a disaster and as a former city council vice president allegedly said at the second Cable Advisory Board meetings "Joe Vig was right."  That man does have his issues, but we can say in this instance, he is spot on...despite allowing state reprobate Paul Donato grab his private parts in front of little children, Mr. Falco, at the "grand opening" of Stephanie's Private for Government Officials Access TV station.  See photo attached.  John Falco were those your kids in the room when Rep Donato grabbed Michael Marks' private parts?   Happy Father's Day June 17, John, but don't hold your breath for me to vote for you to be Father of the Year, not with two little kids in the room, and a student running the camera, for Mr. Donato's Harvey Weinstein moment caught on camera.

Mark Rumley shared an office with Mr. Donato.  Hope Mark wore his chastity belt to work!!  Oh, that's right, the city lawyer had the office on Spring St. with Donato because he was allegedly stepping out on the city to run his private business at Somerville District Court allegedly collecting bills for credit card companies on City time...allegedly

Well, when the head clerk in Somerville is caught with his pants down allegedly having his secretary work on his non-profits on company time, who gives a damn about the constituents they are supposed to serve and protect?  Rumley was, allegedly, just doing what they all do: allegedly hijacking time and monies from the public they are supposed to serve. Allegedly.   no matter how many wrinkles they put into the nuance of what they do, you get paid to work five days a week, work five days a week, don't take Caraviello's limo out while Caraviello is supposed to be voting on pay-to-park but skips out (and allegedly lied under oath in court about it) and don't let a city solicitor be two places at once to pad his paycheck, allegedly.

Longtime Somerville court clerk Tomasone suspended amid ...

Nov 22, 2017 - Somerville District Court clerk magistrate Robert “Ted” Tomasone, who has worked in the court system for more than 50 years, has been suspended by the trial court amid allegations that his private secretary worked on his personal business while being paid by the state.

While Yvette Wilks stares in the mirror "Stephanie APPOINTED ME to the cable advisory board...oh, I'm so special," and as Jay Campbell plans his real estate show, allegedly, at your expense instead of facilitating the programming that Campbell is incapable of facilitating, you are getting screwed cable TV subscribers in a way that Somerville Media board member Joe Lynch told me in no uncertain terms he'd like the mayor of Somerville to do to him; nice talk when the facility charges parents $200.00 per kid for Youth Media, which interferes with Boston Free Radio as Heather Mack has to divide her time between the two, and sleazy Matt Page Lieberman from the broken TV3 Medford board lurks around Somerville Cable making people feel uncomfortable, and that's a quote.

we are getting it tucked to us, Medford, and Stephanie Muccini-Burke takes your money and spreads it around, but not for access TV.
And Mark Rumley is the wolf in sheep's clothing with his ill-advised CORI check and an inability to be truthful and honest with the public that his oath requires him to serve.

But when a police chief allegedly has scandals involving his own son and his niece, well, welcome to the world where Gerry Clemente had a field day at the Depositor's Trust

Medford needs a professional to run the access station. Someone to stand up to the thugs and creeps stealing from us.

This writer is that man.   They won't hire the right guy because they violate the EEOC with impunity.

How does Mark Rumley sleep at night?  Easy, he's a liar, don't believe a word he or Stephanie Muccini-Burke say to you.

They hate that a man has the courage and passion to spell it out for the public.  They just hate it.

I'm the adult in the room. Hire me to run the TV station, Jeanine Camuso, and your husband won't talk to you for a month for doing the right thing!

Vote for me, I'll set you free (Ball of Confusion; the Temptations)

Hey Mark Rumley, don't have time for lunch, but hire me for the access TV station, I'll set things straight, and will stop Campbell from doing a real estate alleged infomercial, promise!   The return of the Money Managers under Stephanie Burke.  Uggh.
What kind of woman stashes her own mother in the projects to ostensibly spy on people?  How cruel of her!  Cruel to the people who actually are in need of housing, legitimately. Shame on you, Stephanie.
