Medford ChildPornGate: The Medford city solicitor, rather than address the allegation that city co-owned TV equipment allegedly was used for child pornography allegedly sold on the internet, seems to be doing everything to cover it up, doesn't he? Incredibly, coward solicitor goes into great detail to take TV3 lawsuits where I prevailed and attacked the messenger. It is incredibly duplicitous of the City Solicitor of Medford to defend the city and the solicitor's own failings. Judge Daniel Wrenn was clearly in my corner and gave me the victory over DN, a TV 3 station manager who used TV3 monies, ratepayer monies, to harass me and censor me by suing a reporter. She lost. You lost too as the city solicitor clearly enjoyed censoring me with his former board members of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. I am compiling what I consider are the city lawyer's errors in judgment, the city lawyer's very poor judgment. So if your children aren't safe, and a journalist does the investigating to bring you the information, Mayor Muccini-Burke and Mayor McGlynn wanting to hush it up does NOTHING for public safety. The Medford Police claim they don't know if it is child porn, so if they don't know, it is adult porn and they should return the floppy disc. Since they won't return it, they KNOW it is child porn and they don't want to prosecute the alleged perpetrator. His name is in the evidence handed over to the Medford police AFTER I called two attorneys and the police were BEGGING me for the floppy disc. Obviously to hide it from the public. This is not over. I intend to bring this up in the case I am filing against a former city council president and the Medford Police and former clerk of the city of Medford. To be continued
