RUMLEY DECEIVED THE PUBLIC AND DID NOT DO THIS:

"My concerns are that ‘X’ amount of dollars were given to MCC from the ratepayers in Medford and [to ensure] the money that was given to them by the ratepayers was properly accounted for before the dissolution.“
According to the 990-EZ tax form Pilleri filed with the Internal Revenue Service, MCC had $133,342 in cash, savings and investments on May 1, 2013.
