Anyone Notice the Missing Cable Advisory Board?

Anyone notice the missing-in-action cable advisory board? http://www.medfordma.org/mayor/city-events/

Councilor Marks - here's the ammo - open up the access airwaves for the election!

The election and public access television.

The Sec of State's office has ordered Medford City Hall to hand over the CORI waiver form. Now Mr. Rumley stated about a year ago that it was "in flux."

Don't you find it odd with the MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in cable TV ratepayer fees, Rumley intentionally drags his feet, makes up lies, and can't hand over documents?

By the way, I submitted (and posted) the first version of the alleged CORI WAIVER which was just Rumley's way of spying on candidates for elected office.  So it is on public record.

That fact is front and center in the Appeal. The Law Office claims, as usual that it "possesses no such documents." Which brings us to the censorship of political candidates alleged to happen six weeks before the election.

Smoke signals and sign language is how Stephanie and Rumley play the game.  They have rules in place they don't want to document because they know I'm keeping an eye on them.

Just like Stephanie and Roy's phony Access TV "Chapter 74" board failing to adhere to the Open Meeting Law.

What does Jack McGoldrick think of censorship in Medford?    The do-nothing cable advisory board is lame!
