has ordered Medford City Hall to hand over the CORI waiver form. Now
Mr. Rumley stated about a year ago that it was "in flux."
Don't you
find it odd with the MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in cable TV ratepayer fees,
Rumley intentionally drags his feet, makes up lies, and can't hand over
documents?
By the way, I submitted (and posted) the first version of the alleged
CORI WAIVER which was just Rumley's way of spying on candidates for
elected office. So it is on public record.
That fact is front and center in the Appeal. The Law
Office claims, as usual that it "possesses no such documents." Which
brings us to the censorship of political candidates alleged to happen
six weeks before the election.
