When a Councilor is Unfit for Office, What Can Citizens Do? 

Some politicians make it all about themselves, and they are loud about it. 

How do you effectively removed a bad apple ? 

A councilor who takes an oath of office and violates it by lying to the police, using the office of the district attorney in a way that hurts the community. What tools does the public have to remove such a blight on the city? 

Then 800 parking spaces vanish and you wonder why that individual isn't working for proper mitigation, a conflicted "liaison" to a commission who owns a business which can profit handsomely from his position, the public be damned. 

How does one remove such a disruptive individual in positions of power, lining his own pocketbook and not doing a thing to help the public.
