The Mike Tyson Syndrome

The Rolling Stones made music history by being "bad boys," womanizing, pushing the envelope. The song "Some Girls" is the epitome of racist and sexualized behavior aimed at woman, but we knew the Stones "didn't mean it" - it was just art.

I call this the "Mike Tyson effect." Tyson was bred as a mean pit bull. he did his job amazingly, punching out lights for a living. Then he became "the villain" as it sold newspapers.

If you don't like their boorish behavior, don't buy tickets to see them. Exploiting bad boy behavior is on Yahoo, not the entertainers who choose that kind of exploitation as ugly entertainment.
