Mayor Burke would LOVE to see Morell get in, which would push Scarpelli or Knight off of the city council.

 Knight loathes Muccini-Burke, but is her lap dog.
Such a lack of integrity.

Adam Knight purportedly can't stand Burke, but he votes lockstep with the mayor hoping to curry her favor.
