This isn't about the stalker telling the police one thing - allegedly lying in a police report - only to go back to MATV, after allegedly lying to the police, to teach. Hear the testimony recorded in court and see the police report. It is NOT that bad act, something even worse occurred in the 8/30/19 hearing and that has already been reported to the proper authorities.
Key to note: It wasn't the stalker or Arthur Deluca that committed the egregious act; it was someone else in the courtroom. So they can breathe easy there, not so much someone else.

A victim of a violent stalker called the police when the stalker failed to leave the MATV party, which Ron Cox had contacted me to provide music for.
Cox, clearly under pressure, violated the law and told me he had the "Wisdom of Solomon" (what a jerk) and that I would have to leave, after he asked me to volunteer for him. What a snake.
Now Cox is refusing his longtime lieutenant-in-music, me, to participate on MATV for no reason other than I called the police.
Oh, and Cox gets angry over the fact that I'm a whistleblower who blew the whistle on Somerville TV's Joe Lynch and his sexual harassment; David Gauthier in Winchester for his ugly, inappropriate, unethical and illegal behavior when it comes to public participation, and - of course - Medford TV.
*Both Cox and Gauthier have proved to be classless and useless to access TV members, which I'm happy to prove factually, but here's the kicker: they purportedly worked in the same office at another TV station. Gauthier makes Mass Access more like Ass Access; and Erica Jones on the ACM - Alliance For Community Media, is enough to ensure that the cable companies will shut down access sooner than later.

So Ron Cox aided and abetted a stalker in the alleged violation of the harassment protection order.
Of course I have provided documents to the authorities OUTSIDE of court and will be bringing this BACK INTO COURT.
This is serious stuff, and Ron Cox, interfering in an election by not allowing a voice to be heard, simply because the victim called the police, should face the consequences along with Mr. Manfra and perhaps the entire board of directors: expulsion from Malden Access TV permanently.
Now Mayor Christenson doesn't want that, but they do NOT know what documents I have and they do NOT KNOW the consequences of their wrongful conduct.
They do know one thing: I am PERSISTENT and EFFECTIVE.
Cox wanted the stalker off of the board of directors as he likes to shape the boards that govern him. That will be loud and clear in the next court proceedings in this case.
Ron Cox asked me to vote for his choices at another TV station years ago, which is truly unethical and wrong. I voted the way I want to vote, not the way an E.D. tells me how to vote.
But if Ron wants to protect the stalker that he didn't want on his board of directors, HIS board of directors (Manfra, the president, is very close to Cox) - well, Election 2019 is tainted because of the bad actors over at Malden Access TV...and trust us, "Obi Ron Kenobi" is a very bad actor, and LIKE the poor children of Medford don't get to entertain you thanks to mayors McGlynn and Burke along with consigliere Rumley, Malden kids didn't get to entertain you fully at the party when Ron hogs up the limelight for his own incredibly paltry ego. The big blowhard.

And if you pay MATV and put your kids in there, ask for a background check on the "teachers" and a thorough background check on that. See if an act of violence put a 4 year Harassment Protection Order on an independent contractor at MATV.
In the lawsuit against MATV, that raw fact will be front and center, and the parents of Malden will know if they choose to have some stalker teach their children. This is going to be a VERY BIG court case. So stay tuned. And this will involve the Malden Public Library, most likely.
Right now Mr. Cox and Mr. Manfra are going to have to deal with other government authorities because I've been a busy, busy, busy boy in filing some paperwork on them.
