 How Money Msanagers Ron Delucia and Harvey Alberg, as board members of TV3, hurt this community

Be It Resolved that the Mayor as issuing authority by contract return all cable TV subscribers’ money (± $120,000) that he has held in escrow because of public access cable TV-3's failure to broadcast and offer community public access programming since January of 2013. This monthly fee taken from all Comcast and Verizon customers rightfully belongs to all cable TV subscribers who paid for a service they never received.   
   

Harvey Alberg is hoping that the rubber stamp in the dissolving of a corporation will stop an audit.  The cable tv subscribers who had no access television under Alberg's reign of terror feel otherwise.  There will be a look at the financial records of tv 3 by the cable TV subscribers who were burned this election with absolutely no access TV.

   Public figure Harvey Alberg, as a board member of the local access station now dissolving, and his wife want to start a war again.  If they really want their lies exposed and their financial records put out there for the public to discuss when the investigation into the failed access corporation digs deeper, the Spotlight on City Hall where Alberg takes a false police report from a librarian who was making passes at many men in another city; a librarian who was ordered by his boss to stop seeing a man he went to the movies with and went to TV3 with, then the Alberg's can see a defamation lawsuit quicker than you can say "failed Alberg Financial corporation."

   It is despicable that the menace of TV3 rears its ugly head with no accountability to this community.  Feeble excuses like "toxic mold" when Alberg and crew bounced from store front to store front and failed to deliver access tv, only their damn infomercials promoting what looks like a failed financial firm, Alberg Financial, Inc.

   It is disgraceful that they are hell-bent on violating an agreement made with the Medford Police Department, but all we got from Harvey Alberg and Frank Pilleri were lies, vicious programming designed to go after Dr. William Wood, Pat Fiorello, Tom Lincoln and myself, and an horrific attack on the City Solicitor.

   There is free speech - residents calling city hall out, and then there is a 501c3 under Alberg's supervision which engaged in hate speech and violated the internal revenue code.

   If Mr. Alberg wants to continue to hurl invective while he is allegedly being investigated for racism, then he doesn't have a very good lawyer. Perhaps he can't afford one.  If Alberg is charged that public figure can always file that he is indigent.

" Well, the Mayor has the fiancials and now the Mass Supreme Court. At no time has a responsible person or body ever indicated money was missing" - actually, Judge Marie O. Jackson-Thompson questioned if "malfeasance" (her word) was afoot at TV3 and suggested the Mayor go to the Attorney General and the Secretary of the Commonwealth. The City Council of Medford voted 7-0, and that includes TV3 friends Councilor Camuso and Councilor Dello Russo voting to shut them down. Pretty powerful colleagues to turn against Alberg. There's the failed audit by Melanson Heath & Co PC where TV3 allegedly sent blank faxes instead of financial records. No meeting minutes that the Council requested. Alberg refused to answer pertinent questions the Council asked. Elected officials asking for answers on public monies that Alberg refused to give the citizens who paid into it. Then there's the charge of the false bomb threat against the webmaster Alberg decided to hire. Not to mention volumes of information from Alberg's own business partner at the failed Savant Technologies telling me personally what a mess Alberg made of TV3 and how bad the board of directors was. Then there's the possibility of a charge of racism against Alberg, Delucia, Pilleri and Deluca that the D.A. is considering according to the local paper. Just because Alberg hasn't answered the question doesn't mean his statement "At no time has a responsible person or body ever indicated money was missing" is correct. In fact, it is incorrect. The City Council is a responsible body and wants to know where the financial records and meeting minutes are. Because Alberg hurls invective at the council and at me, and his "president" got thrown out of city hall, as did the TV3 attorney, indicates the red flags are all over "money manager" Harvey Alberg's tactics. Of course they want to go after me and cause a distraction. Alberg should be publishing the financial records. This writer has had a meeting with the office of the district attorney AND the police and they are looking into the financial matters, for those who are interested. They ARE looking into TV3 and the police and the DA's office are RESPONSIBLE ENTITIES. That much I can make public because there was nothing secret about it. The DA's office and the police gave me assurances that they would look into TV3's finances. Harvey Alberg and Doria Alberg know I am a witness in the racism case - I see their constant harassing of me to be intimidating a witness.

Witness intimidation is a serious offense.  I have asked the police to look into the conduct of the Alberg family.
