All one has to do is look at how this alleged
"mayor" has maximized the resources known as the Chevalier Theater,
public access or the Brooks Estate to see that McGlynn has an agenda.
Rumor is that McGlynn allegedly made a deal with a restaurant chain -
Salvatore's - http://www.salvatoresrestaurants.com/ and he wasn't able
to deliver his end of the bargain - the garage. Also, McGlynn has a
curious habit of creating commissions and boards that he never uses.
