Fraud board member of disgraced TV3 given a platform by McGlynn co-conspirator Nell Escobar Coakley
Any member of a board of directors under contract to citizens to facilitate access, who flagrantly admits to the unethical and deceptive business practice of wanting to do away with the entity that Deluca plundered, pillaged, enjoyed, took advantage of and selfishly bullied people to deny the public that same right that Deluca relished, is a criminal that should be thoroughly investigated and brought to justice. (Run-on sentence meant to be repeated 5 times fast!)

EXHIBIT A
Community access
DeLuca, who currently sits on the embattled community access station TV3’s Board of Directors, said if he is elected mayor, he will eliminate funding for public, education and governmental (PEG) access stations and instead steer those dollars to the city’s general budget.
“I would want to do away with PEG channels so the money can come to the city,” said DeLuca. “You could still use that money to fund education at the high school — teach them how to put video on the Internet. We’d be freeing up the money to do other things with it.”
For the editor of the Medford Transcript to be so deeply involved with the scam to defraud the voters of public access during an election cycle, something State Rep Paul Donato calls "THE MOST PROTECTED RIGHT" is hideous.
The Medford Transcript prostitutes itself to the whoremaster, Michael J. McGlynn, with his "checkbook journalism." McGlynn has City Hall write the checks (we have a public records request showing the monies that flow from city hall to the weekly paper) and he enjoys puff pieces for the imbecile, Arthur Deluca, who admitted to a sports host on 11/6/13 that he could not get ONE SINGLE SIGNATURE for his "campaign" to be Mayor...perhaps he was thinking he would be mayor of the adult entertainment store located diagonal from City Councilor Paul Camuso's office on Mystic Ave. You'll know the sleazy store, you'll find a Camuso bumper sticker illegally posted on property allegedly not owned by Camuso diagonal in the other direction to the front of the store.
Perhaps Camuso gave Deluca a few bucks to buy some adult magazines in exchange for slapping the bumper sticker on the right side of Mystic Ave if you are turning left on to Route 93? Perhaps not...
