So the former Mayor, McGlynn, had dozens of complaints on a 501c3 and he turned a deaf ear.
Why?
McGlynn, the Issuing Authority, held all the cards, or did he? Michael J. McGlynn sure acted like a man with a secret past whenever the truly not duly elected, unauthorized "president" of the embattled station; McGlynn looked like a man who was being blackmailed.
Look at the craziness McGlynn's pal, Nell Coakley, scribbled in the Transcript, a paper losing credibility by the minute:

Mayor Michael J. McGlynn today confirmed he had met with TV3 Board of Directors President Frank Pilleri on Aug. 14 at Bocelli’s in South Medford and again on Aug. 18 at Pizzeria Regina at Station Landing.
“After looking at the report, we have had discussions with Channel 3,” the mayor said.
McGlynn declined to further comment on the situation.

Finally, when the racists at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. were put in a corner - they were not welcome at 5 High St., they put the station on an island with no connectivity, and the books that were sketchy in 2008, were sketchier in 2013...
So the Mayor had an OBLIGATION to shut the board down in 2003, in 2004, in 2005, in 2006, but the negligent mayor did not.
The City Solicitor PROMISED an election and got the city all excited, only to be an "Indian giver" (is that term even politically correct anymore?, ) a City Duplicitor, taking the candy that ratepayers pay for, allowing the fraudulent board of directors to spend the money like drunks on a packie run.

The irresponsible mayor and an individual called one of his "henchmen" by a city councilor, Mark E. Rumley, certainly didn't give a damn about the city OR the ratepayers.
They protect their own assets, they protect their own "ass" as the old saying goes.
And they point the finger at a reporter and try to make him the fall guy, the scapegoat.
Problem for Mark Rumley casting aspersions in court that this is a "delusional blog," is that people are reading it, and people are acknowledging that we are, as Nell Coakley once said, "Spot On!"
When a detractor confesses that she got the correct information from this blog, and when she acknowledges that a credible and respected city councilor is saying the same things that she reads here, you know city hall is worried.
Do we write delusional parodies? Certainly.
Are we 100% right all the time? No one is, not one news organization in the universe.
But do we deliver breaking news the majority of the time and it turns out to be the God's honest truth? Absolutely, and it isn't dressed in Nell Coakley's frills which benefit the cronies at city hall and which hurt the community.
