A
well-written and succinct analysis of the challenges of putting an
access TV station in the library. Location is important, but it isn't
everything, as this editorial states. A multi-faceted (social media,
print, etc.), robust outreach program *will* bring users to the Voke.
The one proposal that City Hall received is from the victim of Julie the Jarhead Kelleher, a woman with a restraining order on her to STAY 100 YARDS away from the victim.
The victim put in the only request to operate the access station, and she has accused the victim of every crime in the history of the world, including Necrophilia - that's how sick the perpetrator is.
In a court of law the victim read the ugly accusations. When he was leaving a woman touched his arm and said "Good luck." previous-generation (and cheaper) Macs and hold video editing and motion
/ after effects classes? We could also have classes that would tie-in
with the Voke access center, such as portable camera basics,

She was on the man's street blocking the road so he could not get by. He didn't know who the individual blocking the road was but snapped a photo of the vehicle and e mailed it to Police Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr.
Then the victim put his car in reverse and got away from the dangerous individual using her car, a 2000 or so pound vehicle, to block the street where he resides.
In court when the lawyer made an incredibly bizarre statement while back pedaling as quickly as she could, the victim replied: "MY STREET, WHERE I LIVE."
The judge took it under advisement and then, at the next hearing, blasted Julie the Jarhead Kelleher in a remarkable speech that was stunning.
The lawyer asked for "clarification" on the 100 yards (as Julie Kelleher wanted to still go by the Tony's Gas Station, within the 100 yard safety zone the victim obtained) and the judge, in a loud and firm voice said "NO. 100 YARDS."
No "clarification." No allowance to break the 100 yards with more excuses to come by the victim's home and drive by with lame excuses so that she could be around the man she's fixated on, the man she is obsessed with.
NOW she's writing to harass his friends and colleagues. One had to block her and felt she was targeting him. Of course she was, it is what a fixated stalker does. She is now upsetting those people who are in my life in a serious, damaging and unhinged way.
Julie T. Kelleher was voted off of a board of directors of a 501c3. She pals around with Doria Alberg, Arthur Alan Deluca and allegedly Harvey Alberg as well, three individuals who, you guessed it, are no longer part of a 501c3 because Mayor McGlynn tore the license they had with the city of Medford up.

Kelleher and Deluca, pals and associates and partners-in-crime, are known to have worked together as Kelleher put some kind of display of Deluca's up in Malden at a 501c3.
Talk about not getting the point of being thrown off of a board of directors.
How many more friends and colleagues of her victim is she going to harass on the Transcript, the Patch and the other publications where Kelleher engages in her obsessive intimidation and "aggressive pressure" tactics?
How many ways does she want to skirt the harassment protection order in a vicious way to upset her victim?
In a court of law she admitted she knows how to use a gun. She shows up at a man's home and posts a threat of a bloody meat cleaver over his head. She stalks him from Depsey's to Dunkin Donuts in Haines Square, snapping photos of him, and says it is a "coincidence" THE DAY AFTER SHE WAS CAUGHT AT HIS HOME.
IT is psychotic, it is deranged, the victim doesn't even know her (think David Letterman case) and now she has targeted his friends, colleagues and possibly his clients.
This has to stop.

Kyle Andrew Odom, the 30-year-old ex-Marine suspected of having shot a prominent Idaho minister several times outside his church Sunday, has a history of mental issues and acted alone, police said Monday.
Odom was arrested Tuesday night while throwing documents over the south fence of the White House, 2,000 miles away in Washington, D.C., two days after Tim Remington, senior pastor of The Altar Church, was shot and critically wounded in the church parking lot.
