December 5, 2014 The Non-Profit Organizations/ Public Charities Division

The Non-Profit Organizations/ Public Charities Division
Office of the Attorney General
One Ashburton Place
Boston MA 02108

Dear Public Charities Division:

Medford residents may be better served if there is no dissolution of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., and that a new group be allowed to operate the access TV corporation.

It is my understanding that the Mayor has torn up the contract/agreement with MCC TV3 (according to Allison Goldsberry after a Community Access TV Committee meeting http://www.medfordma.org/community-access-tv-committee/

I am talking to people about forming a new board of directors.  Can we legally take over the Corporation, Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. since they have assigned all the assets over to City Hall?

APRIL 20, 2015 new Comcast Agreement
This would enable us to see the books, especially since both City Hall and the AG's office are taking
so much time to look at the paperwork.

Former board member Gxxx Zxxxxelli was arrested on a charge of a false bomb threat; Judge Peter Lauriat dismissed the case and on 12/4/14 the DA's office informed me they won't be refiling the case.

Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. board members seem to have help from somewhere, and that should concern every citizen.  They have cheated the citizens out of access TV according to retired Judge Marie O Jackson-Thompson by running what she called a "private" MCC Access.

They allegedly sent blank faxes to auditors at Melanson Heath and Co PC when the taxpayers funded $10,000 or more in an audit; TV3 refused to comply with the audit, Mark Rumley on the witness stand in a court of law noting that he had received some documents from Pilleri, but unwilling to declare they were as durable as an audit (paraphrasing the Solicitor here.)

Enclosed is information on how the D.A.'s office was able to take down Stanley and Stephen Komins - because other people on the board of directors inspected the document.

The public - forever funding access in Medford and only seeing the Mayor cutting ribbons and posing for animal crackers, is tired of being kept in the dark, tired of the Mayor abusing the system to promote himself while censoring other candidates running for elected office.

McGlynn's tight friendship with Martha Coakley, and Ms. Coakley's failure to do something about it after I personally spoke with her (AG Coakley) in September of 2013 and again on January 5, 2014 at City Hall, speaks volumes.

Mr. Rumley, I can put a new board of directors together. We want to operate Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., have accountants look at the books, and operate a TV station immediately.

Sincerely,
Joe Viglione
