Medford Man Charged With OUI After Driving Into Pond: PD
The 26-year-old told police he was following the GPS and did not realize the road ended.

Officers went to Spy Pond shortly after 1:30 a.m. May 31 and found a car partially submerged about five feet from shore, police said.
There was also extensive damage to the culvert at the end of the street, according to police. Officers spoke with two people standing in the street, who they determined were in the car when it went into the water.

Officers charged Rossetti with operating under the influence of drugs due to him driving after taking Suboxone, according to the police report. He was also charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
His passenger, who initially gave officers a false name, was arrested on a warrant out of Lowell District Court.
