The Dello Russo Name will NOT BE ON THE BALLOT in 2019 Breen, Castagnetti Enter the Game

At 5 pm today Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr. did not pull papers for city council. There will not be a Dello Russo in Election 2019 Natalie Breen is running, as is Andy Castagnetti. If Mr. Castagnetti - also running for Mayor - doesn't return papers for each, there will be no primary. If Castagnetti returns paper for Mayor there will be a primary; if Andy brings papers back for council, there will be a primary. Unless, of course, anyone else drops out. Here are the names. 

By the way, we have a professional city clerk in Adam Hurtubise, which is great news for this election.
