WALTHAM, MA — A man who worked at an after-school program at a Waltham Elementary school has been charged with several counts of child rape, the Superintendent of Waltham Schools confirmed.
John B. Quinn, Jr., age 28, of Foxborough, was arraigned in Wrentham District Court earlier today on six counts of aggravated rape of child and six counts of rape of a child with force following an investigation by the Foxborough Police Department.
