I was there and witnessed it. I pointed to Roy Belson and pointed out the car and Belson shrugged his shoulders, he didn't give a damn about public safety. Those parents were navigating around Cugno's car to pick up their children who were engaging in peaceful band practice, something we need more of. Mrs. Cugno has no thought for the citizens of Medford, it is all about her
