OH, AND I'M HERE IN THE AREA, NOT IN MAINE, BECAUSE OF THE KITTY SITUATION AND GOING BACK AND FORTH TO THE HOSPITALS AND THEN MY TWO BABIES PASSING.  I WOULD LIKE TO BE IN MAINE,
BUT DUTY CALLS...

STEPHANIE R. ASKED IF I SAW HER QUESTION ABOUT THE ELECTION:
 
I think I did miss it; very busy doing my day job as well, but we are all so passionate about alleged malfeasance. 

1)Freddy and his father appear to be fighting. The update I got is that Freddy Jr. (the father, doesn't have "N" as an initial, but I call him Freddy Sr.) wants Freddy Jr Jr, the councilor, to run for State Rep (???) or even State Senate (Republican, I'm told.) ????? What does Dello Russo have as a background (certainly not his job on the council, he files no motions or resolutions of significance) other than Dello Russo money to have him run for Congress or Senate or State Rep. That's #1. 

#2)Erin DiBenedetto and Anthony D'Antonio seem to be aligned properly to get on the council. 

I don't think Mrs. Cugno with her problems can overtake them, and Cugno has lots of problems we won't go into now. Save some news stories for later. 

Maybe Chicken & Rice guy (thanks for the tip) has a chance, but we don't know how politically savvy these new candidates are. Isaac Bear appears to be a Bernie Sanders guy, how will that work in Medford, don't know. Breanna Lungo-Koehn is more popular than Stephanie Burke, but that doesn't mean that she will win. Lungo-Koehn's campaign is playing it safe and not taking the risk necessary for the reward. Right now, unfortunately, Mrs. Burke - despite unpopularity - is counting on voter apathy to win a third time. Right now the money goes on Burke. How sad is that? Muccini-Burke has a huge war chest (not that David Koehn and Breanna Lungo-Koehn have any worries there) Muccini-Burke has the Michael Sullivan/Marian Ryan/Maura Healey and even Charlie Baker people behind them --- ugggh ----and Mayor Burke is the incumbent with all the sleazy trimmings that come with that.
 

Breanna Lungo-Koehn doesn't even have a functioning Twitter account that I can find, and Twitter is the power. Just ask Hillary and Donald, but these local politicians don't get it, nor do they even know how to use Twitter properly. I do, and the candidates ' Twitter accounts are laughable across the board. They use the traditional way of running...so we get pedestrian elections. 

I'm trusting Clerk Hurtubise as he's a LOT more honest than his predecessor, so that's in Lungo-Koehn's favor
