Based on the results, he was arrested and
charged with operating under the influence – second offense; reckless
operation of a motor vehicle; leaving the scene of property damage;
operation of a motor vehicle after license suspended; operation of a
motor vehicle after revocation of registration; and unregistered motor
vehicle.
Buckley told officers he hit a curb on Summer Street. He was "very unsteady" on his feet and refused to take a sobriety test, police said. After he was placed in handcuffs and asked again, Buckley agreed to undergo the tests, according to police.
