Kimberly Scanlon
Assistant City Solicitor
Medford City Hall
85 Geo P. Hassett Dr
Medford MA 02155
Dear Ms.Scanlon,
The clock started ticking with the 2nd Determination in my favor on November 15, 2019. Mr. Rumley pushed the goal posts back from the
24th of October's original Determination. His failed "investigatory" claim pushed the dates back, to the detriment of the public Rumley took
an oath to serve.
Current timeline:
Friday November 15
Monday November 18
Tuesday the 19th,
Wednesday the 20th,
Thursday the 21,
Friday the 22,
Monday the 25,
Tuesday the 26th,
Wednesday the 27th
Friday the 29th.
To stay on the safe side of the law, delivery of the documents requested is essential.
The public deserves no less.
I do not consider "Black Friday" a holiday on Friday November 29.
My concern is that the Burke Administration, the city solicitor and the police chief have displayed that they do not care about the public interest,
or their oath of office. In my opinion.
If Mr. Rumley told you to walk out of a 10th floor window, would you do it?
Of course not.
If Mr. Rumley or other government officials order you to continue to drag your feet on complying with the order of the Public Records Division of
the Secretary of State's office, I respectfully request that you disregard any such wrongful conduct that your superiors may or may
not demand of you.
The citizens deserve compliance with the Secretary of State's office; the citizens deserve that you follow the law.
And your oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, especially amendments 1 and 14.
Sincerely,
Joe Viglione
