Hello Nestor Ramos:

It would have been more helpful if your article took a serious look at the hell that is traveling on the MBTA

Saturday October 19th some employee was singing and dancing and telling you to "go left, go left, go left...."
I called her out on her misconduct and she laughed.  So when I went "left" on the Red Line I was going in the opposite
direction of where I needed to be.

Given the Orange line struggles and shuttling people from Haymarket, the employee thought it a big joke we pay money
to ride on an outdated system.

Sep 1, 2015 - Jonathan Davis and the MBTA - why is that date significant?  Davis - the Boston Globe noted, is now the treasurer in Malden. Boston Globe Nov 15, 2017 - Former acting MBTA general manager Jonathan Davis - quite a step down in pay, people might imagine, but the brother-in-law to former Medford mayor Michael J. McGlynn and how he behaved in his role at the MBTA should be scrutinized.

Yes, people on the train and bus are on their speakerphones, they love to be heard so they speak loudly,
they wear headphones and carry on phone conversations, all the while we are being videotaped from a zillion cameras looking uncomfortable when some heavy-set lady leans against the seat you are in.

I got up and just stood up, so what that I'm 65 years of age.

Your silliness in your article does NOT address how difficult it is to ride trains that turn into shuttle buses, customers who have no sensitivity towards those around them, and an obnoxious loudspeaker that rattles your head.

It is deplorable.  Too bad your article didn't reflect that.    Guess the Boston Globe, which owns the Red Sox, is too busy using the paper for a propaganda article on J.D. Martinez to try to get rid of him and reduce the salary cap.

Sincerely,

Joe Viglione
