The blubbering moron that Medford citizens have nicknamed "Flip Flop," Rick Caraviello (HONEST, I did not name him Flip Flop, his colleagues have...seriously)...that sloppily dressed cretin, Richard F. Caraviello insults the city of Medford with his on-the-fence (I DID name him that,) wishy-washy put your finger in the air and when the wind tells you which way to vote, Caraviello votes. Uggggh

We are tired of losers like Caraviello stealing monies that they don't earn at the city council
We are tired of Caraviello and Ed Finn lying to the police force that is so embattled with a quarter of the force called "untrustworthy" (a nicer word for DISHONEST) that the math is simple.
Dirty government officials lie to untrustworthy cops.
That's not Protect and Serve
That's just chaos.
But the new Chief of Police following
Leo A. Sacco, Jr's unethical practices is a major outrage.
Chief Buckley insulted every citizen when he slowly, methodically was trying to wiggle out of a bad situation made worse by the fact that the government knew a LOT earlier about the compensation fraud.
So they attempted a cover-up
And they were foiled by FOIA
