NO PEOPLE, THAT'S NOT CAITLIN JENNER; MIDDLESEX SHERIFF PETER KOUTOUJIAN IS JUST APPLYING HIS LIPSTICK AND PUTTING ON THAT EVENING GOWN TO WORK FOR HIS PIMP,

Hello Residents,

With 116 days left to election day Michael J. McGlynn, Stephanie Muccini-Burke, Mark Rumley and Ed Finn are in meltdown mode.

They are freaking out about the thought that an accounting firm other than Melanson Heath & Co  102 Perimeter Rd, Nashua, NH 03063 will be looking at the financial records.

Look at this nonsense from the firm that turned a blind eye to what Judge Jackson-Thompson referred to as possible malfeasance at TV3

Why Does a Reporting Hotline Make Sense for Me?

Financial Considerations

  • 43% of frauds are found by someone speaking up. Speaking up is the #1 way fraud is detected. In fact, the second-most common detection method accounts for only 15% of detected frauds. The hotline facilitates and encourages such communication. Because it allows anonymity, it empowers those who may otherwise be too intimidated to speak up. The #1 way fraud is prevented is by establishing a strong and positive tone at the top. The hotline is a visible and frequent reminder of this positive tone. It is presented as working together for the common good.
In Medford, if you speak up, McGlynn sends his political assassins out to chest-bump you

Melanson Heath has partnered with Red Flag Reporting to provide a simple yet highly effective whistleblower hotline program designed to educate and empower your employees with the tools to detect and report unethical behavior.  The most cost-effective internal control an organization can have, the most successful mechanism for catching unethical behavior (open channels of communication), and the most powerful tool for deterring bad actions (a strong tone at the top).  The Red Flag Reporting service is so affordable that statistics show that simply receiving one report can pay for our service for decades. Red Flag Reporting protects the assets, employees and reputations of its clients, while dramatically reducing the costly consequences of unethical activity in the workplace.

 Red Flag Reporting includes:

  • A simple, yet highly-effective program designed to educate, empower and protect employees

Ed Finn committed a felonious assault on my person.

City Hall, just like the allegations of racism that went nowhere, is desperate to sweep it under the rug,

Solicitor Rumley lying in a couple of unsolicited e mails that the deceptive "city attorney" hijacked and mailed out because he's obsessed and can't help himself, was called one of the Mayor's "henchmen" along with Lauren DiLorenzo by Michael Marks at a City Council meeting allegedly was a bill collector at Somerville District Court during city operating hours on Thursdays.

                                    Darth Rumley

You pay Rumley, citizens, $102,000.00 or more.

Why the hell would that deceptive and untrustworthy individual be moonlighting on Thursdays, allegedly, as a bill collector, purportedly for credit card companies.

We can find a very strong word to use in regards to Mr. Rumley's actions, if true.

McGlynn is so desperate he is in his "divide and conquer" mode.  His first order of business seems to be to have me assaulted, then have Mark Rumley tell lies about the assault to try to make it go away.

It is going to court, an application for a criminal complaint is going to be filed on Edward P. Finn, most likely sometime next week.

Finn's serious breach of the public trust - an assault on a senior - cannot go unpunished because a pathological liar like Mark E. Rumley wants to act delusional and think his magic wand is going to make the crime Finn committed go away.

Citizens have had to endure bullying by a professional bully, Paul A. Camuso.

That fraud Camuso is only good at one thing: pushing people around.  A betting man would say that Police Chief Lea A. Sacco knows more about Camuso than the public.   Ok, ok, someone tipped me off that - allegedly - the Chief knows something that could blow Camuso's so-called "credibility" right out of the water.

After all the bad things Camuso has done to this community, what is taking our Police Chief so very long in outing the bad conduct of Camuso for the public paying that individual way too much money for services Camuso does not render.

?

The police owe NOTHING to McGlynn, who allowed the police station to fall apart and is certainly no friend of the men in blue.  McGlynn is the enemy of the police.

The police department needs to protect citizens from Mike "Tony Soprano" McGlynn, the Michael Corleone of the reported 46 mayors currently in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

McGlynn is attempting to stifle my voice.  Let's see which candidate for school committee, council and mayor has the courage to do the right thing in election 2015.

Do we want people of integrity in office, or do we want this horrific gangster way of doing business, where McGlynn uses city hall employees like prostitutes, street walkers engaging in ugly business practices that are deceptive and put this city in jeopardy.

Chief Leo Sacco has said that his office operates in this fashion "Quality policing through community involvement."   That is, essentially, Quality Policing, Strong Investigations and Community Involvement ... positive impacts through strong investigations and quality policing.

What Sgt. Mackowski said to me was not what Mark Rumley said in an e mail.

What the officer said to me was "They are not your friends. They might be your acquaintances or your colleagues, but they are not your friends" (paraphrased) referring to certain public figures who witnessed an assault on a man over 60.

Mark Rumley is a liar and lied about more violence at Medford City Hall.

If Ed Finn chest-bumped Paulette Van der Kloot or Ms. Cugno or Janice Spencer or Adeline DiPaola or Linda Coletti and screamed in their faces as he did to me, the overpaid and - according to some citizens - totally useless City Clerk with low self-image and bad manners could have spent the night in jail.

But gay bashing at City Hall?  It has become a fine art under Rumley, McGlynn and the frauds masquerading as City Officials.

At least the murderous thugs in the Italian mob thought they had honor. The Mayor's Henchmen, as Michael Marks called them - most notably Rumley - are in a lower class than the gangsters who ruled by intimidation and bullying.

Classless Rumley masquerades as if he's the Fifteenth Dalai Lama or something. It's revolting and ugly, that's what it is.

My friend Doreen Wade was called the "n" word.   While South Carolina takes down the Confederate flag only after nine people are murdered in cold blood, racism and homophobia still exists in Medford.

It was rampant at TV3 under McGlynn and Rumley's not-very-watchful eyes.

Frank Pilleri, Art Deluca, Harvey Alberg and Ron DeLucia raided the cookie jar and used the same exact bullying tactics as McGlynn.

This journalist will not stand for being their punching bag one moment longer.

Mark Rumley's incessant rambling and self-crafted fiction (that clown needs some new lines, to paraphrase Richard Gere in Primal Fear) - Rumley's pipes are bursting and his sad act has become tiresome and a bother to people handing that fraud $102,000.00 or more a year to cheat each and every resident and hold himself up like he's the Billy Graham of Medford.

More like Reverend Sun Myung Moon, a lunatic with a few bats in his belfry.

Time to send Bats-in-the-Belfry Rumley and volatile Ed Finn out to pasture, or better yet, have Marian Ryan look into their conduct and see if she can possibly indict them.

Shame on anyone who stands by and lets an assault happen on a man of sixty-one years.   I have been bashed around for the past 12 years, ever since I informed Diane McLeod and Mark Rumley of the "N" word being used at TV3, and how they called employee Von Rommel the "f...ng immigrant."

Paul Camuso stated that he talked to Von Rommel and claims it never happened.  Paul Camuso is also alleged by a city official to have "beat" his own mother with an allegation that he attacked her with a meat cleaver.  Camuso admitted that he's an alcoholic.  So when Camuso lies to your face he has the oldest excuse in the book: that he's a dry drunk.  His credibility doesn't exist, and his pension will be made public as soon as the public records request comes back so that we can see if he, and possibly the late Sheriff Jimmy DiPaola, were up to no good.

Don't you citizens want to know if McGlynn's daddy is still on the payroll of the Middlesex Sheriff's Office?  Peter Koutoujian can't tell you, he has to put on his lipstick and evening gown to allegedly go out whoring for McGlynn again...disgusting.

Peter, telling citizens you won't accept campaign contributions from staffers and being seen with a low-life like Camuso in public put a smear of ink on your nice white neatly pressed shirt.  You had a good reputation, Peter.  Hanging out with the likes of Camuso put that in the hopper right quick, Peter.

Even though the photo catching the new Middlesex Sheriff in the act is a copyright of a high school teacher, rest assured your cable TV subscriber monies paid for it - so it should be our money.  You see, McGlynn hijacks the cable monies to pay three teachers, including the woman who published that photo.

But why let the truth stand in the way of your believing Mark Rumley's lies today
