Prior to my speaking at the council it was empty A Ghost Town. And there's a very good reason why.
Oh, the late. Art Rogers and the late Pasqual J. "Pat" Fiorello (both of TV3) would be there with few citizens wanting to deal with the abusive nature of Paul A. Camuso and/or "uncle" Bob Maiocco.
They were the scarecrows designed to keep people off of the only access tv in Medford, the Government channel.

So when one citizen showed the courage to show up weekly at the council?
The overpaid and lacking-in-integrity Robert A. Maiocco got mad. (Mad enough to threaten a man with a dirty metal pipe!)
Maiocco complained about this editor being at the council every single week - when Maiocco should have applauded good citizenship.
One solid citizen said to Maiocco in response: "It's the people's forum."
You see, blowhards Camuso and Maiocco, both (thankfully - water under the bridge and soon-to-be exiled from the council,) think about only their own self-interests.
The above quote from the slippery "financial advisor" - who reportedly had to pay 402k after being hit with a 1.7 million dollar complaint at Wells Fargo - is indicative of a serious, slimy and un-American posture by some on the creepy Medford City Council.
Even David P. Skerry said to Frank Pilleri at a fraud Tv3 board meeting with Solicitor Rumley in attendance (he being the one who informed me) that Pilleri's actions were "UN-AMERICAN."
But Frank Pilleri, Harvey Alberg and Ron DeLucia didn't give a damn about honesty, integrity or being fair to the public funding it. They were and are cheats and they have, thus far, evaded justice.
Not for long. If a civil suit has to be filed those bastards are going to be brought before a judge and the citizens will have their day in court against the aggressive, vindictive, mean-spirited bullies who have the reputation of having LOST an agreement with the city due to allegations of racism.
Harvey Alberg's "I'm not a racist" lunacy is pretty tough to swallow when Alberg is part of a corporation forced to lose a license to a TV station due to allegations of racism and homophobia. Paul Camuso, on June 30, 2015, lamenting that the racist TV station still isn't in operation.

Now the floodgates are open. You never saw the frequency in attendance from Jeanne Martin, Anthony D'Antonio, Rob Cappucci, Mario Martin, Michael Ruggiero and even Neil Osborne and Mark Crowley prior to Joe Viglione showing up at the council week after week after week.
There is strength in numbers. But the man who pioneered citizen involvement at the city council on a weekly basis, not just when it is "politically expedient," has been subjected to online harassment, malicious destruction of property, the most egregious threats imaginable, bullying, intimidation as well as two attacks on his person at the city council - one on April 26, 2010 by Gary Zappelli, Matthew Page Lieberman and a gruesome accomplice that this victim has a NO CONTACT order on.
Then, after Bob Maiocco - as Council President - threatened to hit me with a big, ugly (like Maiocco,) filthy dirty metal pipe his nephew-by-marriage, Pension Boy Paul Camuso was busy busy busy being nasty, bullying and even stalking a gay male in the dark of night behind City Hall blowing his horn in his vehicle, pointing his finger and blasting through a DO NOT ENTER sign. Juvenile, pathetic, overpaid and sick in the head.
ABOUT THE METAL PIPE:
It was a rebar - reinforcing bar - that the gay gardener of one of the Mayoral candidates brought up. (Not kidding you; the fellow Tv3 called "homophobe" - along with having gay friends, employed a gay gardener; but why should facts get in the way of Gary Zappelli and his pal Paul Camuso and their incessant lies.
Like their ghoulish, creepy, suspicious filthy partner-in-crime, Ron DeLucia - you know, the corrupt son of a bitch president of Stoneham's Ark Insurance right up on Route 28 near Redstone plaza says, "Repeat a lie enough, people will believe it." Wonder if his customers know of that quote? Or his phony bologna "toxic mold" lie? Or that the Attorney General's office says that "law enforcement" is now investigating the deleterious fraud board of directors of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., which Delucia is Vice President of, the AG's office not letting the creeps dissolve the corporation...
Zappelli and Camuso really took that hideous mantra to heart, didn't they? But the insult to intelligent people fools no one. The biggest threat to gay people in Medford is the twice-arrested and very homophobic closeted homosexual friend of Paul A. Camuso.)

I have made a gesture to the law department, Assistant Solicitor Kim Scanlon, and have filed that offer with the District Attorney and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Here is the offer:
1)Clerk Finn resign
2)Clerk Finn apologize to me publicly at the next city council meeting
3)Clerk Edward P. Finn go for anger management classes.
If the city ignores the offer, look for an application for a complaint in criminal court and a civil suit.

Sheriff James V. DiPaola files papers for retirement with the state
retirement board and arranges with the human services department at the
sheriff’s office to have his pay discontinued after Election Day. By
retiring, DiPaola would be eligible to receive both his $98,500 pension
and $123,000 salary as sheriff under a legal loophole designed to let
retirees run for office without losing their pensions. He does not
announce his retirement to his staff or to voters, and he continues to
perform his duties as sheriff.

the vote. Middlesex County voters are unaware of DiPaola’s status as a
retiree when they mark their ballots.

his actions as strictly legal. The Globe story is scheduled to be
published Nov. 21.
