Medford is a bad place, a very bad place to live because of rogues like Mark Rumley who are dishonest with the citizens they are supposed to serve.  Those bastards are too busy serving themselves our hard work up on a silver platter for their own families, everyone else be damned.

They are a sick, ugly bunch...
Rumley, McGlynn, Ed Finn, Paul Camuso,
Adam Knight, a truly ugly and despicable crew of phonies and cronies.

and here's the factual proof:

Ineffective and ethically-challenged city lawyer Mark E. Rumley has fun beating up the victims of TV3 and making delusional statements in unsolicited e mails.

For Residents it is a Huge RED FLAG.  Thus, we now look into Solicitor Rumley's shenanigans and failure to be candid with the people who pay that charlatan Rumley.

Let's look at how Stanley Komins operated West Medford Hillside Little League for approximately 30 years and how Frank Pilleri decimated TV3 for close to 25 or 27 years. Pilleri fails to note on his linked in how the disgraced reprobate was forced out of TV3's presidency allegedly for "barter bucks" and "free memberships for life."  He's such a liar and a cheat on his resume!

The pathological liar and town cheat should hand over the books and the meeting minutes, but Pilleri can't ...it would show how truly dishonest they were with cable TV subscriber monies.

“Quite simply, as you all know, golf is a game of honor and integrity,” USGA official Diana Murphy said Wednesday. “Unfortunately we found a caddie who was attempting to get some information that would benefit his player and not the whole field. And there was just no question in our mind that we needed to prevent that from happening to protect the total field this week. So it was a terribly poor judgment on his part.”

Why has City Solicitor Mark Dumley Rumley not prosecuted Pilleri?

According to Ryan, “in October 2011, Stanley Komins publicly announced he was stepping down from the board due to health problems. A new board of directors was elected on Oct. 17, 2011 and on Oct. 17 Stephen Komins was elected to a leadership position on the new board, though not a constitutional officer. During the following two weeks, Stanley Komins refused to turn over the league's bank account, and did not provide any supporting documents for financial expenditures.

On Nov. 2, 2011, the board filed paperwork with the secretary of state's office in order to access the nonprofit’s bank account, Ryan said, and after securing the bank records, contacted an accounting firm and informed the Medford Police Department about suspected embezzlement.
