Hi Joe,

Driving around the city the other day it is apparent that Ms. Burke is using the McGlynn method of sign placement. This includes just placing signs on "absentee" landlord properties where the tenants (mostly students and passing through) have no clue as to why the sign is there and state property (fence on entrance to square from Salem street by the Oakland street church, South street off ramp to main street, etc, etc.


Saw Camuso chauffering Burke yesterday scouting out Penta sign placements in South Medford.
