Re: Massachusetts Public Records Request

Dear Council President Dello Russo:

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:

1)Any documents which provide information and/or prove that Councilor Adam Knight is abiding by his campaign promise to fill empty storefronts with new businesses.

2)Any documents from the past three (3) years which provide information and/or prove that Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr. has filed motions or resolutions and effectively achieved results with those motions and resolutions for the Thirty Two Thousand Dollars a year that he receives as Council President and the 30K or so he received as a regular official of the Medford City Council

3)Any documents from the past 3 years which hold motions and or resolutions filed by Fred Dello Russo, Jr.

4)Any document from January 1, 2016 or any time after that date which proves that the Medford City Council, under the direction of Fred Dello Russo Jr. is apprised of the open meeting law; a copy of at least one page of that law would also be appreciated proving that Mr. Dello Russo is aware of it.

5)Any documents from October 1, 2015 to the present date which prove that the Medford City Council has contacted the Issuing Authority regarding the missing funds at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. and the results of any questions/requests to the Issuing Authority in regards to the missing Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. monies

I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate.

The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 calendar days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.

Sincerely,
