Re: Massachusetts Public Records Request

Dear Mr. Belson, Chief Sacco and/or Keeper of the Records

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:

1)All documents in 2015 at the school, police department or mayor's office pertaining to two alleged bomb threats at Medford High School; allegedly, Roy Belson had bomb sniffing dogs removed from the school. All memos and documents regarding these alleged incidents are requested.

2)any memos or documents of teachers having sex with students in 2015 including but not limited to Jenna Tarabelsi and (allegedly) a male teacher no longer at the school as of 6/30/15 though his status as a junior varsity coach was still online in October until a previous public records request of mine.

3)documents providing information on the theft that occurred at the McGlynn School on October 30, 2015 and why it go to the press and possibly the parents on November 3, 2015 and appeared to be hushed up because of the election, showing bias

4)Documents concerning the alleged psychotic woman who got on a bus on or about Friday November 20, 2015 The WHDH story of Nov. 23/24 is enclosed to identify the documents I am looking for

A routine ride home from school turned very scary for a group of 18 young children after a drunk and seemingly delusional woman flagged down the school bus and got on.

I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate.

The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 calendar days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.

Sincerely,
The Editor
