Be It Resolved that the
proposed Locust St development project be discussed for neighborhood
and resident input.

Be It Resolved that the Sisters Against Ovarian Cancer be allowed to
"Turn the Town Teal". Carol Powers will address the City Council

Be It Resolved that the City Solicitor report back to the Medford City council with an opinion on if and
how the Medford City Council can
appeal a ruling from the Board of Appeals.
Be it further resolved that within the opinion it state the time frame
we have to appeal a decision and how who would represent the Medford City
council whether that would be the City of Medford's solicitors office or outside
council and who would pay for such representation.
Be it further resolved that if outside representation needs to be
retained, within the report it outlines what the Medford City
council has to do to request funding for such.

I respectfully request and
recommend that your Honorable Body approve the following Amendment to Chapter
66 “Personnel”, Article II, “Classification and Compensation Plan”,
Section 66-33 entitled “Officers and Employees- Non-Union.”
of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Medford.
The purpose of this amendment is to change the compensation plan
for the position of Assistant City Solicitor.

IT ORDAINED: By the City Council of the City of Medford that Division 4
of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Medford, as most recently amended, is
hereby further amended by changing the language of Chapter 66 “Personnel”, Article II, “Classification and Compensation Plan”,
Section 66-33 entitled “Officers and Employees-Non-Union” as follows:
